This three month slim down will include some of the most unique and easy to learn workouts you’ve ever experienced.

We will implement exercises such as TRX, traditional body weight exercises, calisthenics, a large variety of abdominal training, and much more.

This program will cater to beginners and intermediate levels.

All aspects of fitness, including resistance training, cardio, and nutrition will be presented in an easy to understand, and easy to follow manner.

Groups will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Seiling fitness facility at 5:30pm

Workouts begin April 3rd.

More advanced members will have online training in addition to in person training added to their program.
